• RSC (Regular Slotted Carton)-Most common box; All flaps are the same length and the outer flaps meet in the middle.


  • FOL (Full Overlap)-Flaps overlap, which provides more cushioning.


  • HSC (Half Slotted Carton)-Only has one set of flaps, either on top or the bottom.


  • POL (Partial Overlap)- One flap overlaps the other flap; Depends how many inches requested to overlap.


  • DST (Design Style Tray)-It can be used as a tray to display, or a top or bottom to a box.


  • OPF (One piece Folder)-One piece of board is cut. It provides a flat bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top.


  • 5PF (Five Panel Folder)- A very economical and easy to use package. Ideal for long thin objects.


  • RETT (Roll End Tuck Top)-A suitable container for packaging small items. Self locking in set up.


  • Partitions-Assembled or Unassembled. Also knows as dividers or inserts.


  • Pad-Sheet that can be plain, scored, slit or slotted.
